Education Requirements:
Minimum 12 standard, prefer Degree/Diploma in Hospitality.
Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a continental cook in a busy continental restaurant, ideally in a Star Hotel or Casual Dining Restaurant.
English Requirements:
Must have a minimum IELTS score of 5 in each section.
Special Requirements:
Must have strong technical knowledge of cooking temperatures for various meats and making sauces and salad dressings from scratch.
